Everyone’s health and wellness journey is unique based on individual values and goals. However, total health and wellness is always made up of a balance between body, mind, and spirit. I will apply a holistic (comprehensive) approach to helping you identify what really matters to you by evaluating each component of your health and wellness to help you find your personal balance. 

Health & Wellness Coaching may be beneficial to you if:

Together we will take a judgment-free look at all aspects (or focused areas) of your health and wellness to identify sustainable goals to help you achieve physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being based on your individual values and goals. 

I will support you and help you get started on your journey, but my end goal is to empower you to initiate and maintain long lasting, sustainable improvements to your overall health and wellbeing so that you no longer need me.

Packages can either contain predetermined, structured content to guide you through a holistic review of your health, or they can be more of a journey that is directed by you where you choose the topic(s) based on your individual goals.
