Breathwork Basics

  • By consciously engaging with your breath, you can activate your body's natural healing capabilities, leading to a reduction in chronic pain, improved respiratory and cardiovascular function, and strengthened immune system response. Breathwork is often considered an important aspect of self-discovery and healing. It has been shown to significantly enhance the quality of life by improving mental health, increasing emotional resilience, and boosting physical vitality.

  • Each breathwork session utilizes the 9D breathwork technique, which is an immersive experience comprised of breathwork, hypnosis, & a range of different vibrations, sounds and frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, and help to rewire the brain. Headphones are required and all sessions are practiced laying down, so you will be invited to get comfortable for the journey.

  • I offer private and group breathwork sessions that can be done in person in Sugarhouse or online in the comfort of your own home. All journeys are offered periodically as virtual or in-person group experiences. Visit my event calendar or click here to book.

    I also offer children's sessions designed to teach them about the benefits of breathwork, including emotional regulation, personal growth, and building resilience. The next accordion has more information.

  • I also offer children’s sessions that are designed to teach kids how breathwork can be used to manage big emotions, whether it be anxiousness, anger, restlessness, overwhelm, or otherwise.

    Each session will begin with a discussion about breathwork and how it can be used for emotional regulation, personal growth, and building resilience. This is followed by simple, age appropriate breathing exercises that last anywhere from 5-25 minutes, depending on the journey you select. (You can visit the list of journeys here). Total session time is somewhere between 30-50 minutes.

    Parental oversight is crucial at these sessions, ensuring that the methods and goals are aligned with the family's values and the child's developmental stage. Your child must be able to sit and be attentive for the duration of the appointment for it to be beneficial for them.
